I am writing to say thank you for the wonderful work Fidelus Solutions Inc. did with regards to rebuilding our carport. Admittedly we were anticipating a certain amount of frustration and as such were hypersensitive to any bumps in the process. What we weren’t prepared for however, was the professionalism and care that was taken in each step of the process. The people doing the work were hard working, knowledgeable and very polite. To say the least I will not hesitate to use Fidelus again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to a friend. We wish you all continued success.

Andrew Howse, Fidelus Solutions Inc., is completing extensive renovations and repairs for our condo, and has been working on the site since 2010. This is to advise that Fidelus completed a large roof project at our cottage that included repairing, trouble shooting, structural repair, improving ventilation and ice damming control, installation of the Enviroshake roof system,and various other renovation work completed such as installation of hardwood flooring, storage cupboards etc.
We were very satisfied with the work performed which was of high standard, and especially grateful for the advice provided where remedial work had to be taken in fix unknown but existing structural defects in our cottage.

It has been my pleasure in dealing with Mr. Andrew Howse of Fidelus of more than 8 years. Fidelus has worked on many projects undertaken by several condominium corporations that I have manage or consulted for. Fidelus is not limited as a general contractor and has performed construction, refurbishment and restoration of major building components including a midsize townhouse site roofing project in 2008 - 2009 for MTCC591. This included not only the replacement of the shingles but in many areas of the complex the major struts and joist were replaced due to rotting materials. As well, several sections of the roof required additional support and replacement sheathing. Mr. Howse personally oversaw the work on site and the corporation was very satisfied with the end result which was done in neat and tidy manner.
Fidelus's work has been exemplary, following tight controls provided in CCDC contracts with our engineer, including meeting all deadlines. Please do not hesitate in contacting the undersigned should a follow-up of this letter be required.
